This week we took the kids to the sunflower patch. Patch...maybe bigger!!! In Camillus, NY they planted over one million sunflowers. It was breathtaking! In one patch they planted over 350,000 sunflowers and made them into a sunflower shaped maze. The kids had a blast running through, especially when they went into a circle! After we wore ourselves out in the maze each child got to pick one. How much fun!

See, this is what I meant when I said there are so many cool out-of-the-ordinary things to do up there! How do you find out about these things??
